Ingredients

  • 500g fish fillets

  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tbsp rice flour
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Clean and pat dry the fish fillets.
  2. In a bowl, mix turmeric powder, red chili powder, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, rice flour, lemon juice, and salt to make a marinade.
