Ingredients
- 500g fish fillets
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 2 tbsp rice flour
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Clean and pat dry the fish fillets.
