Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground lamb
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp ground fennel seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the ground lamb, garlic, paprika, cumin, coriander, cayenne pepper, fennel seeds, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each into a 5-inch long sausage shape around a skewer.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and brush the kebabs with olive oil.
  4. Grill the kebabs for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and slightly charred.
  5. Sprinkle the kebabs with chopped parsley before serving.
