Ingredients
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

- Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each into a 5-inch long sausage shape around a skewer.

- Grill the kebabs for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and slightly charred.
- Sprinkle the kebabs with chopped parsley before serving.
