Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground lamb
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/4 tsp ground fennel
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
