Ingredients

  • 4 large egg whites
  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gradually add the granulated sugar, cornstarch, white vinegar, and vanilla extract to the egg whites, and continue to beat until the mixture is glossy.
  4. Spoon the meringue onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping it into a round disc with slightly raised edges.
  5. Place the meringue in the oven and immediately reduce the temperature to 250°F (120°C). Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and let the meringue cool completely inside the oven.
  6. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
  7. Spread the whipped cream over the cooled meringue and top with fresh fruits.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
