Ingredients
- 4 hake fillets
- 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 teaspoons sweet paprika
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the sliced potatoes in a baking dish and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Season with salt and half of the paprika. Toss to coat the potatoes evenly.
- Place the hake fillets on top of the potatoes. Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the fish and sprinkle with the remaining paprika.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
- Serve the Merluza a la Gallega hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
