Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup sparkling water

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, ground pork, chopped onion, minced garlic, paprika, coriander, cumin, black pepper, and salt.
  2. Add the sparkling water to the meat mixture and mix until well combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and shape each portion into a sausage shape.
  4. Preheat the grill or a pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Grill or pan-fry the sausages for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through and have a nice crust on the outside.
  6. Remove from the grill or pan and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
