Midnight Sun Salmon (Miðnætursól lax)

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
