Ingredients

  • 8 oz. of egg noodles
  • 1/2 cup of peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp of chili garlic sauce
  • 1 tbsp of sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup of chopped peanuts
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup of bean sprouts
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Boil the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the peanut butter, soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, and sesame oil to make the sauce.
  3. In a large pan, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
