Ingredients

Instructions
- In a heavy-bottomed pan, heat the milk solids (mawa) on low heat, stirring continuously, until it turns light golden brown.
- Add the heavy cream and cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
- Add the sugar, cardamom powder, and saffron strands, and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Remove the mixture from the heat and let it cool slightly.
- Once the mixture is cool enough to handle, shape it into small round dumplings (ladoos).
- Repeat the process with the remaining mixture to make all the dumplings.
- Allow the dumplings to cool completely before serving.
