Ingredients
- 500g minced meat
- 1 cup peas
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, pureed
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add the chopped onions and green chilies. Sauté until the onions are golden brown.
- Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a few minutes.
- Now, add the minced meat and cook until it changes color and the moisture evaporates.
- Stir in the tomato puree, red chili powder, turmeric powder, ground coriander, ground cumin, and salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Add the peas and cook for another 5 minutes until the peas are tender.
- Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
