Ingredients
- 1 lb pork tenderloin
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the pork tenderloin on all sides until browned, then remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Heat the remaining olive oil in the same skillet and sauté the onion, garlic, and red bell pepper until softened.
