Ingredients

  • 12 fresh squash blossoms
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

  • 2 eggs, beaten
