Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup fresh coriander leaves
- 2-3 green chilies
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, onion, cumin seeds, salt, lemon juice, sugar, and water.
- Blend until smooth, adding more water if needed to reach the desired consistency.
- Transfer the chutney to a serving bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.
