Minty Paneer Skewers

Ingredients

  • 250g paneer, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon black salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the paneer cubes with cumin powder, chaat masala, black salt, lemon juice, and salt. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Thread the marinated paneer cubes, mint leaves, and bell pepper chunks onto the soaked wooden skewers.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with oil. Place the skewers on the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the paneer is golden brown and the bell peppers are slightly charred.
  4. Once cooked, remove the skewers from the pan and serve hot.
