Minty Paneer Skewers
Minty Paneer Skewers are a delicious and refreshing appetizer that is perfect for any occasion. These skewers are made with marinated paneer cubes, fresh mint, and colorful bell peppers, creating a burst of flavors in every bite.
Ingredients
- 250g paneer, cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
- 1/2 teaspoon black salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the paneer cubes with cumin powder, chaat masala, black salt, lemon juice, and salt. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Thread the marinated paneer cubes, mint leaves, and bell pepper chunks onto the soaked wooden skewers.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with oil. Place the skewers on the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the paneer is golden brown and the bell peppers are slightly charred.
- Once cooked, remove the skewers from the pan and serve hot.
