Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper to make the marinade.
- Thread the shrimp, bell peppers, onion, tomatoes, and zucchini onto the soaked skewers, alternating the ingredients.
