Ingredients

  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper to make the marinade.
  2. Thread the shrimp, bell peppers, onion, tomatoes, and zucchini onto the soaked skewers, alternating the ingredients.
