Ingredients
- 1 cup red lentils
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
