Ingredients

  • 2 cups dashi stock
  • 1/4 cup miso paste
  • 1/2 block firm tofu, cubed
  • 1/2 cup daikon radish, sliced
  • 1/2 cup carrot, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup wakame seaweed
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions

  1. In a pot, bring the dashi stock to a simmer.
  2. Add the miso paste and stir until dissolved.
  3. Add the tofu, daikon, and carrot. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Add the green onions, wakame seaweed, and soy sauce. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and serve hot.
