Ingredients
- 2 cups dashi stock
- 1/4 cup miso paste
- 1/2 block firm tofu, cubed
- 1/2 cup daikon radish, sliced
- 1/2 cup carrot, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup wakame seaweed
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Instructions
- In a pot, bring the dashi stock to a simmer.
- Add the miso paste and stir until dissolved.
- Add the tofu, daikon, and carrot. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add the green onions, wakame seaweed, and soy sauce. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
