Ingredients
- 1 cup malunggay leaves
- 1 cup squash, sliced
- 1 cup okra, sliced
- 1 cup string beans, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 cup eggplant, sliced
- 1 thumb-sized ginger, sliced
- 4 cups water
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Boil water in a pot.
- Add ginger and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add squash and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add okra, string beans, and eggplant. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add malunggay leaves and cook for 2 minutes.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
