Ingredients
- 4 cups cubed stale bread
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
- 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk

- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cubed bread and diced mangoes.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the coconut milk, sugar, cardamom, cinnamon, shredded coconut, beaten eggs, and vanilla extract.
