  • 1 pound ground beef

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, water, and salt to make the crepe batter. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with oil. Pour a small ladleful of batter into the skillet, swirling to coat the bottom evenly. Cook for 1-2 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes. Repeat with the remaining batter to make 8-10 crepes.
  3. In a separate skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent. Add the ground beef, paprika, and black pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through.
  4. Place a spoonful of the beef filling in the center of each crepe and roll it up.
  5. In a small saucepan, melt the butter and stir in the sour cream. Heat gently, but do not boil. Pour the creamy sauce over the filled crepes.
