Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, and salt to make the crepe batter. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and brush with melted butter. Pour a small amount of batter into the skillet, swirling to coat the bottom evenly. Cook for 1-2 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes. Repeat with the remaining batter to make 8 crepes.
  3. In a separate skillet, sauté the chopped onion until translucent. Add the ground beef, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through.
  4. Place a spoonful of the beef filling in the center of each crepe, then fold the sides over to enclose the filling.
