Ingredients

  • 2 cups mămăligă (polenta)
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spread the mămăligă on a greased baking sheet to form the pizza crust.
  3. Spread the tomato sauce over the mămăligă crust.
  4. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  5. Add the mushrooms, black olives, bell peppers, and pepperoni as toppings.
  6. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the toppings.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Slice and serve hot.
