Ingredients
- 2 cups mămăligă (polenta)
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread the mămăligă on a greased baking sheet to form the pizza crust.
- Spread the tomato sauce over the mămăligă crust.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Add the mushrooms, black olives, bell peppers, and pepperoni as toppings.
- Sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the toppings.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Slice and serve hot.
