Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork ribs
- 1/2 cup Mānuka honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Season the pork ribs with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix together the Mānuka honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
- Place the seasoned ribs in a roasting pan and brush them with the honey glaze.
- Cover the pan with foil and bake for 1.5 hours.
