Mānuka Honey Glazed Pork Ribs (Pūhaka Hāni)

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork ribs
  • 1/2 cup Mānuka honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Season the pork ribs with salt and pepper.
