Ingredients
- 4 sheets nori seaweed
- 2 cups sushi rice, cooked
- 1/2 lb fresh tuna, sliced
- 1/2 lb fresh salmon, sliced
- 1 ripe mango, thinly sliced
- 1 cucumber, julienned
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Prepare sushi rice by mixing rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Let it cool.
- Place a sheet of nori on a bamboo sushi mat, spread a thin layer of sushi rice, and arrange the tuna, salmon, mango, cucumber, and avocado on top.
- Roll the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat, then slice into pieces.
