Ingredients

  • 4 sheets nori seaweed
  • 2 cups sushi rice, cooked
  • 1/2 lb fresh tuna, sliced
  • 1/2 lb fresh salmon, sliced
  • 1 ripe mango, thinly sliced
  • 1 cucumber, julienned
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare sushi rice by mixing rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Let it cool.
  2. Place a sheet of nori on a bamboo sushi mat, spread a thin layer of sushi rice, and arrange the tuna, salmon, mango, cucumber, and avocado on top.
  3. Roll the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat, then slice into pieces.
