Ingredients

  • 1 cup glutinous rice flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the glutinous rice flour, sugar, coconut oil, non-dairy milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.

  4. Using a cookie scoop, place mounds of the dough onto a lined baking sheet.
