Modur Kand (मोदुर कंद)

Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and grated
  • 1/4 cup ghee (clarified butter)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • A pinch of saffron strands

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in a pan and add the grated sweet potatoes.
  2. Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sweet potatoes are soft and golden brown.
  3. Add sugar, cardamom powder, and saffron strands. Mix well and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before serving.
