Moes Queso

Moe's queso is a delicious and creamy cheese dip that is perfect for parties, game days, or simply as a tasty snack. This recipe is easy to make and will have everyone coming back for more!

Moes Queso

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of white American cheese, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/4 cup of pickled jalapenos, chopped
  • 1/4 cup of pico de gallo
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
  2. Reduce the heat to low and gradually stir in the chopped American cheese until melted and smooth.
  3. Stir in the pickled jalapenos, pico de gallo, cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  4. Continue to cook the queso on low heat for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Once the queso is smooth and creamy, remove from heat and serve immediately.
