Moes Queso
Moe's queso is a delicious and creamy cheese dip that is perfect for parties, game days, or simply as a tasty snack. This recipe is easy to make and will have everyone coming back for more!
Ingredients
- 1 pound of white American cheese, chopped
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/4 cup of pickled jalapenos, chopped
- 1/4 cup of pico de gallo
- 1/4 teaspoon of cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
- Reduce the heat to low and gradually stir in the chopped American cheese until melted and smooth.
- Stir in the pickled jalapenos, pico de gallo, cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
- Continue to cook the queso on low heat for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once the queso is smooth and creamy, remove from heat and serve immediately.
