Ingredients
- 1 cup peeled black-eyed peas
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon ground crayfish
- 1 teaspoon bouillon powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 6 nori seaweed sheets
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the black-eyed peas, red bell pepper, and onion. Blend until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the vegetable oil, ground crayfish, bouillon powder, and salt.
- Place a nori sheet on a bamboo sushi mat. Spread a thin layer of the moin moin mixture over the nori sheet, leaving a small border at the top.
- Roll the nori sheet tightly with the moin moin mixture using the bamboo mat, sealing the edge with a bit of water.
- Repeat with the remaining nori sheets and moin moin mixture.
- Steam the rolls in a steamer for 30 minutes.
- Once cooled, slice the rolls into bite-sized pieces and serve.
