Ingredients
- 1/2 cup lulo pulp
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 8-10 fresh mint leaves
- 4 oz white rum
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 1/2 cup club soda
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the lulo pulp, lime juice, mint leaves, and sugar together.
- Add the rum and crushed ice to the shaker. Shake well to combine.
- Strain the mixture into two glasses filled with ice.
- Top each glass with club soda and garnish with mint leaves and lulo slices.
