Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup lulo pulp
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 8-10 fresh mint leaves
  • 4 oz white rum
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 1/2 cup club soda

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the lulo pulp, lime juice, mint leaves, and sugar together.
  2. Add the rum and crushed ice to the shaker. Shake well to combine.
  3. Strain the mixture into two glasses filled with ice.
