Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
