  • 250g ground meat (beef, pork, or a combination)
  • 1/2 cup cooked rice
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup beef or vegetable broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cut the tops off the onions and carefully remove the inner layers, leaving the outer layers intact. Chop the removed onion pieces and set aside.

  7. Serve the stuffed onions hot, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
