Mongolian Barbecue Ribs (Buryat: Шөлтөм)

Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork ribs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated

- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and green onions to make the marinade.
- Place the pork ribs in a large resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the ribs. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the ribs from the marinade and brush with vegetable oil. Grill the ribs for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and have a nice char.
- Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
