Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork ribs
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and black pepper to make the marinade.
- Place the pork ribs in a large resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the ribs. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the ribs. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Remove the ribs from the marinade and grill for 45-60 minutes, turning occasionally, until the ribs are cooked through and slightly charred.
- Transfer the ribs to a serving platter, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve hot.
