Mongolian BBQ Pork Ribs (Говьтай барбекю)

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork ribs

  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and black pepper to make the marinade.
