Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey

- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks

Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, vegetable oil, and red pepper flakes to make the marinade.
- Add the shrimp to the marinade and let it marinate for 15 minutes.

- Grill the skewers for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp is pink and opaque.
