Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup beef broth

Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, beef broth, and cornstarch. Set aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the sliced beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- Heat the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil in the same skillet. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Return the cooked beef to the skillet and pour the sauce over the beef and broccoli. Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the beef and broccoli.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve the Mongolian beef and broccoli stir-fry hot over steamed rice.
