Ingredients
- 1 pound beef, thinly sliced
- 1 pound green beans, trimmed
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in the same skillet.
- Add the garlic and onion, and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the green beans and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Return the beef to the skillet.
- Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
