Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper. Set aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned.
