Ingredients
- 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
- 2 zucchinis, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper. Set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over high heat. Add the beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the garlic and onion. Stir-fry for 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the zucchini to the pan and stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Return the beef to the pan and pour the sauce over the beef and zucchini. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until everything is well coated and heated through.
- Transfer the stir-fry to a serving dish and garnish with chopped green onions.
