Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3-4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2-3 red chili peppers, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute.
- Add beef slices and cook until browned.
- Add onion, bell pepper, and red chili peppers. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and beef broth. Pour the mixture into the pan.
- Simmer for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
