Ingredients

  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2-3 red chili peppers, sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add beef slices and cook until browned.
  4. Add onion, bell pepper, and red chili peppers. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and beef broth. Pour the mixture into the pan.
  6. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens.
