Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 200g beef, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the beef and cook until browned.
- Push the beef to one side of the skillet and add the beaten eggs to the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
- Add the onion, carrot, bell pepper, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
- Add the cooked rice and soy sauce to the skillet. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
