Mongolian Hot Pot (Бууз)

Ingredients
- 500g ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 head of cabbage, finely chopped
- 1 carrot, grated
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, onion, garlic, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour and water to form a dough. Knead the dough for 5 minutes, then cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball into a thin circle.
- Place a spoonful of the meat mixture in the center of each dough circle, then add a spoonful of the chopped cabbage and grated carrot.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal, creating a half-moon shape.
- Place the бууз in a steamer and steam for 20 minutes, or until the dough is cooked through.
- Serve the бууз hot and enjoy!
