Ingredients
- 500g ground lamb
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package dumpling wrappers
- Water for sealing the dumplings
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the ground lamb, chopped onion, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Place a small spoonful of the lamb mixture in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, then fold the wrapper in half and press the edges together to seal the dumpling.
- Repeat with the remaining wrappers and lamb mixture.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add the dumplings.
- Cook the dumplings for about 8-10 minutes, or until they float to the surface and are cooked through.
- Remove the dumplings from the pot with a slotted spoon and serve hot.
