Mongolian Lamb Kebabs (Шонхорын кебаб)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lamb, cut into 1-inch cubes

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 onion, cut into chunks

Instructions
