Ingredients
- 1 lb lamb, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 onion, cut into chunks
- 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 4 metal or soaked wooden skewers
