Mongolian Lamb Stew (Шонхорын тууш)

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs lamb, cut into cubes
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice wine
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
