Mongolian Pork

Ingredients
- 1 lb pork loin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the pork slices and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the garlic and ginger, and cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in the soy sauce, brown sugar, and water. Bring to a simmer.
- Return the pork to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes, until the sauce has thickened and the pork is cooked through.
- Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
