Monster Energy Balls
These monster energy balls are the perfect snack for a quick energy boost. Packed with nutritious ingredients, they are easy to make and great for on-the-go.
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup nut butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, nut butter, honey or maple syrup, mini chocolate chips, shredded coconut, chia seeds, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
- Using your hands, roll the mixture into 12 evenly sized balls.
- Place the energy balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Once set, transfer the energy balls to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
