Monster Mash

Ingredients
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup cooked ground beef
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 1/4 cup relish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, onions, and bell peppers until the beef is browned and the vegetables are tender.
- Spread the mashed potatoes in the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar cheese over the mashed potatoes.
- Spoon the cooked ground beef mixture over the cheese layer.
- In a small bowl, mix together the sour cream and green onions, then spread this mixture over the ground beef layer.
- Top with the remaining shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Drizzle ketchup, mustard, and relish over the top to create a "monster face" design.
