Montreal Bagel Fried Rice (蒙特利尔百吉饭)

Ingredients

  • 2 Montreal bagels, diced
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup diced ham
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced Montreal bagels and cook until slightly crispy, about 5 minutes.
  3. Push the bagels to one side of the skillet and pour the beaten eggs into the empty space. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
  4. Add the diced ham, frozen peas and carrots, and chopped green onions to the skillet. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
