Ingredients
- 2 Montreal bagels, diced
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup diced ham
- 1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions
- In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add the diced Montreal bagels and cook until slightly crispy, about 5 minutes.
- Push the bagels to one side of the skillet and pour the beaten eggs into the empty space. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
