Ingredients
- 8 oz Montreal smoked meat, thinly sliced
- 8 oz Chinese egg noodles
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the Chinese egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat.
- Add the Montreal smoked meat and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until lightly browned.
- Push the meat to the side of the wok, then add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Add the cooked noodles to the wok, along with the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
