蒙特利尔熏肉炒饭 (Montreal Smoked Meat Fried Rice) is a delicious fusion dish that combines the flavors of Canadian smoked meat with traditional Chinese fried rice.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup Montreal smoked meat, diced
- 1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and green onions, and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add diced Montreal smoked meat and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Push the meat to one side of the skillet, pour the beaten eggs onto the other side, and scramble until cooked.
- Add frozen peas and carrots, and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add cooked rice, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until everything is well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
